Welcome to The Ring of Kerry

Hello,

Welcome to my blog for the Ring of Kerry in Ireland. I am very fortunate to live on the Ring of Kerry and Regularly drive the Ring of Kerry also. As a proud Kerryman and self proclaimed Internet Marketing Guru, I am keen to give a different look at the Ring of Kerry than you see from the Tourist Board and all the directory website that copy and paste text from guidebooks on the Ring of Kerry.

As an independent voice I intend to highlight local businesses I like and also hidden gems that you won't hear about in guidebooks. In recent years there is so much going on in Kerry, it is hard to keep online information about the Ring of Kerry up to date. It really has to be a labour of love to do this, but as a Kerryman I have the commitment and drive to do this. I hope to get an article out once a week depending on what going on in my life.

I have set up a facebook page already and I think at last count I had about 700 likes on the Ring of Kerry Page. For my first posting I will keep it short and sweet and leave you with this poem.

Where the rocks meet the water
and the grass does too.
Where waterfalls ascend
and descend
in gentle harmony;
pure-milk beaches
and the sea green blue.
The hues instilled,
the most beautiful gentle
ocean scene in the world.
The scene is indeed green
in Kerry County,Ireland
a little bit of Heaven
